As a dog lover and a happy parent of three rescues, I understand that our dogs are more than “just pets” – they are loved members of our family. And as with any beloved family member, we value our pets and want to make sure that they get the best care and best treatment at all times, especially when our busy lives takes us away from them. In fact, part of the dream for Wiggle Waggle sprung from that very fact – the desire to have my dogs be well-taken care of while work and other life obligations kept me away.

Having spent the past decade of my professional life in various roles for a leading multi-billion dollar organization, it felt like I worked more hours a day than there are actual hours in a day and more time in an airport or on a plane in a few months than the average person does in a few years. Every long day I worked and every time I had to be away, not a moment went by when I didn’t wonder about my dogs. So, unfortunately, I’m no stranger to all the feelings that come with being away from pets – guilt, sadness, worry, fear, to name a few.

Fortunately, however, because of my experience, I understand the needs that pet parents have when we are away from our pets. And, similarly, as a parent of three rescues, I also understand the importance of having a close bond with our pets when we are with them.

Thanks to my dogs, I founded Wiggle Waggle to address all the needs that pet parents have to provide the best care for their pets while with them and without. And, I continue to ensure that we stay true to our mission and our core principle – to become the most admired pet care facility that promotes and fosters the human-canine bond while continuously committed to charity, eco-consciousness, knowledge, and excellence.

That’s why our mission is to be a premier dog care resort. But it doesn’t stop there. We care about all animals everywhere, about our planet, and about our people on this planet, especially our dog parents like you. And that’s why our mission extends beyond just being a premier dog care resort. Our mission is to be the most admired pet care facility that promotes and fosters the human-canine bond while continuously committed to charity, eco-consciousness, knowledge, and excellence.

We believe in doing well by doing good. And that’s why we strive to operate eco-consciously. From choosing earth-friendlier products to managing our day-to-day operations, just about everything is recycled, recyclable, reused, reusable, reclaimed, repurposed, and/or biodegradable, all to minimize our carbon footprint (or should we say, “paw-print”?).

And because we want to help put an end to animal neglect, mistreatment, and abuse, as well as further the incredible bond that humans and dogs share, we make it a priority to contribute through time and donations to charitable causes we believe in, organizations such as The Seeing Eye, the ASPCA, and animal shelters and rescue groups, locally, nationally, and internationally.  We also make sure to support companies and small businesses that share our love for dogs and our planet.

As we strive to improve ourselves everyday as a brand, as a team, and as an organization, we want to share our knowledge to help others improve their lives and the lives of those dearest to them, both with fur and without. We are committed to delivering excellence in everything we do – to our causes, to our community, and of course, to our care for our dogs and our guests.

We do all this because we love dogs. Period.
